"My first yoga class EVER! I finally decided to shake my fear of trying yoga! I had many reasons not to; a neck injury, I am out of shape and simply just afraid of just jumping in. Wow! I am so glad that I decided to attend a Neck Relief yoga class at Holistic Healing at Beck Wellness Center. The atmosphere of the studio is beautiful and serene. Christine was warm, inviting, friendly and very knowledgeable. When I arrived, she instantly made me feel welcome, was very tentative to my concerns and confidently assured me I was in the right place. I feel Christine thoughtfully planned the class where comfort and safety were a priority by offering several alternatives to poses for the participants personal comfort level while never losing focus on proper alignment and form. "Dear Seekers of the magical and healing. I would like to review Reiki Level 1 attunement with Gina and Kathleen. I have been in RN for 23 years and I felt the need to look into holistic options, especially for myself. I felt very drawn to Reiki although I previously never had a session myself. I started to research online and came across Holistic Healing at Beck Wellness Center, and I signed on for my Reiki Level 1 class, and I am sure glad I did! My Reiki Master instructor Gina, a beacon of knowledge and grace, guides you to impart on the sacred teachings of Reiki. Her words, stories, and presence are profound and powerful. Owner Kathleen, a Reiki Master herself, assists Gina and provides a beautiful presence, a beautiful space and plenty of love and support. My classmate Eileen also made the experience even better!
